Machine Learning Engineer/DataScientist

Role & responsibilities:

• Research, design, and develop innovative Machine Learning algorithms and solutions to tackle various image/language-related challenges.
• Utilize pre-trained deep learning models for tasks including but not limited to image/text classification, information extraction, and language generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CNN/NLP solutions into existing products and systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Perform in-depth analysis and evaluation of deep learning models, fine-tuning parameters to enhance performance and accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in research and implement best practices to enhance model capabilities.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Understanding of deep learning models (CNN/NLP/NLG)
• Proficiency in programming languages (preferably Python) and understanding of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, for model development and deployment.
• Solid understanding of machine learning techniques, deep learning architectures.
• Proven experience in fine-tuning pre-trained models, optimizing model performance, and handling large-scale datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
