Job Description: We are looking for an Accounts Executive/Sr Executive to manage various accounting functions with accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing payroll, statutory deductions, and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting: Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Payroll: Oversee employee payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source): Ensure correct TDS calculations, timely deposits, and preparation of TDS returns.
• PF (Provident Fund): Manage Provident Fund contributions, ensure timely remittance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Gratuity: Administer gratuity calculations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statements): Prepare and reconcile bank statements, identifying discrepancies and ensuring correct entries.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Expertise in payroll processing and statutory compliance (TDS, PF, Gratuity).
• Proficiency in Bank Reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
