Hiring Liquid filling Operator For Formulation Pharmaceutical Plant

Position : Liquid filling and Sealing Operator

Location: Roorkee

Preference: Candidate must be from Pharma Industry only

Job Description :

1. Minimum exposure of three years in operation and cleaning of the Liquid filling Machine

preferably Anchor March with HMI/IPC functions.

2. Operation and cleaning of the Unscrambler, Washing machine of the liquid line.

3. Monitoring of the RH and Temperature of the Area.

4. Filling of the Equipment and Instruments log book/Sheets.

5. Calibration and verification of the Balances.

6. Cleaning and ensuring Sanitization of the area.

7. Ensure cGMP compliance in the area and ensure the area is free from the previous

products ruminants during cleaning and line clearance.

8. Ensure the Preventive maintenance and the qualification tag of the Machines before line

clearance.

9. Ensure the safety during the operational activity.

10. Labelling of the equipments, area and containers.

11. Shall be capable for the reading, writing and understanding of the English Language.
