Responsibilities:

Market Penetration:

Identify and target potential dental professionals, clinics, and distributors to expand the

customer base.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Product Knowledge and Demonstration:

Develop an in-depth understanding of our dental products and services.

Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for dental professionals to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in dental practices, clinics, and distribution channels.

Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the unique needs of each client and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Presentations and Proposals:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value proposition of our dental products and services.

Create customized proposals and quotes based on client requirements.

Sales Targets and Reporting:

Set and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at the dental industry.

Work closely with customer support and product development teams to address customer needs and feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the dental industry.

In-depth knowledge of dental products, procedures, and industry regulations.

Strong network within the dental community and an established track record of successful sales.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
