Ensure proper line balancing of the cell for optimised manpower/resource utilisation, Reduce line stoppages to improve productivity, Cycle time improvements through process innovations, Preparation of Work std, WIS, Part identification2

New model; Co-ordination with ME/R&D from DPA to SOP to improve quality /workability of the model, Facilitate new jigs/fixtures/equipment modification3

Facility management; Management of facilities like equipment s & Spares, Co-ordinate with maintenance team to improve the quality/productivity4

Cost saving; Provide cost saving in direct/indirect material, Co-ordinate with R&D for implementation of Cost saving ideas - ECR to EPI, Wastage elimination reduction5

Safety; To ensure safety of the operator, workplace, facility, Fatigue reduction/elimination improvements / SIAT to done, 6

Quality; Improve quality by resolving major/ chronic issues by process/design change, Regular Process audit7

HIVIS management; DATA management of all safety critical parameters, 8

Standard; QMS, OHSAS, EMS, EnMS data management, Ensure process compliance of ISO standards9

Function car; Line side communication & change co-ordination, 4M clearance of function car10

Reporting; MIS reporting of daily /weekly/monthly KPI, Long term strategy preparation to improve PQCDSMEducation: B
