Senior Product Designer - Wireframe/Prototype Design (2-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- User Immersion : Spend hours sitting with users, observing their interactions, identifying key improvement areas, and understanding their pain points.

- Data-Driven Design : Dive deep into analytics and user session recordings to gather insights and inform your design decisions.

- End-to-End Design : Mapping journeys and IA, creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.

- Experimentation and Innovation : Conduct numerous experiments, iterate based on feedback, and brainstorm creative solutions.

- Collaboration and Autonomy : Enjoy high autonomy while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life.

- Product Vision : Think beyond pixels; understand analytics, crunch numbers, and align your design vision with North Star metrics.

- Analytical : Comfortable with data and analytics. You use numbers to tell a story and drive design improvements.

- Craft Master : Exceptional in your design craft, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

- Versatile : A jack of all trades and master of one or two. You're proficient in user research, and design thinking, and have strong prototyping skills. Additional points if you have a keen interest in service design

- Collaborative : Excellent at communication and collaboration. You thrive in a team environment and are a natural facilitator.
