Job Description

Our client is seeking an exceptional business professional to lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth for a leading IT product organization. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping sales strategies, managing high-performing teams, and expanding operations in both domestic and overseas markets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Lead and manage a dynamic sales team, focusing on collaboration and performance excellence.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and partners.
Oversee overseas sales operations, identifying growth opportunities and driving market penetration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insights to align product and marketing strategies with customer needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

10+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the ERP or IT product sector.
Strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading teams.
Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
Experience managing overseas markets and a willingness to travel internationally.
Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.
