Process/Senior Process Executive

We are currently seeking a talented and capable Process Associate/ Sr. Process Associate to join our growing Residential Conveyancing and Business Development teams at ANZA Business Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Banashankari Stage II, Bangalore.

Please Note: There is a one-year bond which you must sign once you join. Apply only if you are okay with this clause.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inbound and outbound calling
• Interaction with UK clients
• Working closely with European firms in the field of legal and financial services
• Managing UK client documents and live files to complete all administrative and financial requirements
• Using Outlook, basic Excel, and computer operating skills
• Creating and maintaining electronic files
• Developing and maintaining internal systems and procedures
• Clear and timely communication in dealing with given tasks
• Extensive daily management, including email account management and promoting efficiency
• Drafting, reviewing, and formatting all matter-related correspondence, engagement letters, documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
• Document typing, analysis, proofreading, amending (including track changes), and formatting documents as required

Candidate Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Confidence, empathy, and high levels of professionalism
• Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines
• Competence in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Maintaining a professional attitude and effective communication with clients, team members, and colleagues
• Respecting and honoring client confidentiality
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

Work Timings: 12 pm to 9 pm (UK timings). No cabs will be provided.
Days of Work: Monday to Saturday.
