Job Summary:
Sensing, a premium clothing brand, is looking for an enthusiastic and fashion-savvy Fashion Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of fashion, excellent customer engagement skills, and the ability to recommend clothing styles that resonate with customers. This role involves delivering an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales, and managing billing and invoicing efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, building a friendly and welcoming shopping environment.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend clothing options that align with their style and needs.
• Assist customers in creating outfits, offering style advice to enhance their shopping experience.
• Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling products to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage billing processes accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store display that reflects the brands aesthetic.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into customer interactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives.

Requirements:

• Strong fashion sense with the ability to advise customers on styling and trends.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills to connect and engage with a diverse clientele.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion or clothing industry.
• Ability to handle billing and basic systems.
• A proactive and energetic attitude with a customer-first mindset.

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: 24 years of experience in retail or sales roles preferred.
