Site Engineer-Civil

Job description

We are waste management company, looking for site engineers or civil engineers with background in Road construction, landfill engineering, dam construction, and as well worked in waste management companies.

• To monitor Biomining activities
• Cell construction activities (monitor activities like Filling of gravels, Excavation, surface, compaction.
• To prepare excavation plan
• Monitoring Civil activities
• Disposal of RDF, shredded and shredded
• Construction of tipping platform for unloading of MSW vehicles.
• Preparation, dismantling and repairs of internal road of cell.
• Study of cell designs, filling plans, road plans, infiltration gallery plans etc. and their implementation.
• Monitoring the unloading of MSW as per filling plan and design.
• Laying of infiltration gallery pipes as per design levels.
• To make provisions of Machinerys like Dozers, Excavators, Tippers for day to day operations.
• To monitor continuous spraying of enzyme on MSW and operation of the Misting arrangement provided to control Odour.
• To ensure proper and safe collection of leachate from cells.
• Ensuring daily soil cover and Preparation of MSW Slope & its dressing as per designs.
• Manage and supervise all aspects of pipeline construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain detailed construction schedules and daily reports.
• Oversee quality control procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
• Liaise with Supervisors, contractors, labors to address any questions or concerns.
• Manage and motivate construction crew members, providing clear instructions and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and equipment operation.
