Location: Mohali (Corporate Office).
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Transactions & amp; Investment Structuring.
- Lead, negotiate, and finalize high-impact strategic transactions, including partnerships, investments, and joint ventures.
- Develop innovative capital allocation models, venture structuring strategies, and fundraising initiatives.
- Structure agreements that drive growth while ensuring financial sustainability.
- Corporate Strategy & Business Growth.
- Design and implement long-term strategies to scale Antier's portfolio companies.
- Identify emerging trends in blockchain, DeFi, and fintech to drive expansion.
- Collaborate with leadership to align the business vision with operational execution.
- Financial Modeling & Investment Planning.
- Develop financial models and valuation frameworks for strategic initiatives.
- Assess ROI and risk mitigation strategies for new projects and business units.
- Explore diverse fundraising avenues, including venture capital, token offerings, and institutional investments.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify key opportunities and potential risks.
- Establish strategic alliances with industry leaders, including investors, venture capitalists, and institutional partners.
- Spearhead regulatory and compliance strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
Leadership & Execution.
- Mentor and collaborate with key business leaders to drive high-growth execution.
- Develop playbooks and best practices for scalable transaction execution.
- Foster an entrepreneurial culture that aligns with the company's vision and strategic goals.
Qualifications & Experience.
- 10+ years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate strategy, preferably within fintech, blockchain, or financial services.
- MBA from a top-tier business school (Harvard, Wharton, Stanford, INSEAD, IIMs, ISB, etc.) OR significant experience leading strategic transactions in high-growth startups.
- Proven track record in investment structuring, fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Expertise in financial modeling, risk analysis, and tokenomics.
- Knowledge of blockchain and DeFi is highly desirable (or a strong willingness to learn and adapt).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A highly driven professional with a long-term value creation mindset.
