Research Support: Work with Managers to assist with ongoing research projects related to Antarcticas objectives and projects. Conduct in-depth reviews of existing ESG policies, sustainability regulations, and norms, literature reviews of scientific research papers in the fields of sustainability and climate change.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and understand their needs for climate tech products. Assist in competitive analysis by researching and documenting competitors products, pricing, and strategies. Understand the Product Market Fit of tech products created by Antarctica Global in the domain of ESG reporting and measurement.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze primary and secondary datasets to substantiate research briefs. Learn to use specialized tools and software for data interpretation. Support all research articles with data-enriched arguments and the latest figures, and statistics to provide strategic recommendations to management.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of research findings, procedures, and methodologies. Execute research reports and presentations with clear visibility of project objectives and benefits expected by consumers and business partners.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team on groundbreaking research and stay up-to-date on ESG concepts, work-related methodologies, and best practices in the ESG domain.
Learning and Development: Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your research skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, GHG Protocol, SBTI, etc
Demonstrates familiarity with Indian and Global ESG markets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data. Command over MS Excel is preferable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and prior experience in research proposal creation are preferred.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
