Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage high-value corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.

2. Provide advisory services on general corporate matters, including compliance, governance, and regulatory issues.

3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions to meet their diverse legal needs.

4. Supervise and mentor junior associates, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

5. Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. A degree in law from a reputed institution with a strong academic record.

2. 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate law, preferably in a leading law firm or corporate legal department.

3. Proven track record of handling complex corporate transactions independently.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

7. LLB degree and previous law firm experience is a must
