Embedded Device Test Engineer (4-7 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an Embedded Device Test Engineer with strong expertise in manual and automated testing of electronic products with embedded firmware. If you have a background in functional testing, Python programming, and embedded systems, this role is for you!

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Perform manual functional testing of embedded devices following STLC processes.

- Develop and execute test cases for embedded products, ensuring thorough validation.

- Work on automation testing using Python with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

- Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, and simulators for electronics product testing.

- Test embedded products with communication interfaces like Modbus, Ethernet, HART, and Foundation Fieldbus.

- Identify, report, and track defects to ensure high-quality product releases.

- Collaborate with development teams to improve software and hardware reliability.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 4 to 7 years of experience in embedded device testing.

- Proficiency in manual and automated testing of embedded firmware.

- Strong knowledge of Python programming with OOP concepts.

- Hands-on experience with electronics testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)

- Experience with communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet, HART, etc.)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
