Job Title : Firmware Test Engineer (Python Automation)

Location : Pune (Magarpatta)

Mode : Work From Office (WFO)

Experience : 6+ years in Python test automation & embedded systems

We are seeking a skilled Firmware Test Engineer with expertise in Python automation and embedded firmware testing. The ideal candidate will have experience with RTOS (Zephyr or similar), PyTest framework, and embedded communication protocols. You will work closely with development and QA teams to design, develop, and execute automated tests, ensuring high-quality firmware performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python & PyTest

- Design & execute test cases for embedded firmware and communication protocols

- Work with RTOS-based systems (Zephyr or similar)

- Debug, identify issues, and collaborate with developers for resolution

- Utilize Jira & Confluence for test management & documentation

Required Skills :

- 6+ years in Python test automation for embedded firmware

- Expertise in PyTest, RTOS (Zephyr or similar)

- Strong knowledge of embedded systems & communication protocols

- Experience with Linux platforms (preferred)

- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Git

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines & Agile development (plus)

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field

- Relevant certifications in testing or automation are a plus
