Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedManager to join our Accounts department at restore.
- The ideal candidate will assist in managing thefinancial operations, ensure compliance with accounting principles, and supportthe Accounts Manager in various financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily accountingoperations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bankreconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, andbudgets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations andstandards.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategicplanning and decision-making.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Coordinate with auditors for annual audits.
- Implement and maintain internal controls andprocedures.
- Handle tax filings and ensure timely payment oftaxes.
- Assist in developing and implementing financialpolicies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, orrelated field. A master\u2019s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA)is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager orsimilar role in the Accounts department.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles,regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MicrosoftOffice Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-managementabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonalskills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tightdeadlines.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience inaccounting or finance roles.
- Experience in a supervisory ormanagerial position is preferred.
