Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Continuity Consultant with ISO 22301 Lead Auditor (LA) / Lead Implementer (LI) certification and 2-3 years of experience in business continuity and disaster recovery. As a consultant, you will work with a diverse range of clients, helping them develop, implement, and maintain their Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) in compliance with ISO 22301 standards .
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert consulting services to clients, helping them design and implement a robust BCMS .
- Conduct business impact analyses, risk assessments, and develop business continuity plans.
- Lead internal and external BCMS audits for clients, ensuring they meet ISO 22301 compliance.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs for clients on business continuity strategies.
- Develop disaster recovery and crisis management plans tailored to clients needs.
- Collaborate with client teams to integrate business continuity practices across various departments.
Requirements
- ISO 22301 Lead Auditor (LA) / Lead Implementer (LI) certification is required.
- 2-3 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or disaster recovery.
- Experience in consulting or working with multiple clients is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop actionable plans and reports.
- Excellent client-facing communication and project management skills.
- Experience with (as a consultant or employee) Insurance Companies would be a plus.
