Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Power BI and Tableau Developer with SQL expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing interactive and insightful reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources using SQL for reporting and analytics purposes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements.
• Write optimized and efficient SQL queries to handle large datasets and perform data analysis.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy by regularly monitoring and validating data integrity.
• Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
• Provide recommendations for business decisions based on analysis and data trends.
• Collaborate with the IT and Data teams to integrate data from multiple sources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer and Tableau Developer with a strong portfolio of interactive reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with writing complex queries, optimizing queries, and working with large datasets.
• Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query in Power BI.
• Ability to work with calculated fields, parameters, and data blending in Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data modeling.
• Experience working with relational databases like SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of Python or R is a plus (but not mandatory).
