Billing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage billing processes, including bill processing, invoice verification, and credit note issuance.

• Inward outward of stock / physical stock update.

• Sales orders inward entry etc.
  
• Prepare delivery challans and stock inventory reports.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of e-way bills and EDI returns.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Billing department / warehouse
  
• B.Com degree from a recognized university.
