Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:

Sales and Business Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the zone.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the region.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of employees, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.

Address and resolve employee issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Customer Relationship Management:
