Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled MSSQL Database Developer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will excel in designing and implementing robust database solutions while ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop sophisticated database solutions using T-SQL, including complex stored procedures and functions.

- Implement performance optimization strategies through advanced query tuning and strategic indexing.

- Manage data migration and schema changes using SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT).

- Working knowledge of SSIS and SSRS (Mandatory).

- Partner with development teams to create efficient database architectures.

- Maintain database security and data integrity standards.

- Execute regular database maintenance tasks, including backup procedures and performance monitoring.

- Provide expert troubleshooting for database-related challenges.

Essential Qualifications :

- 4-8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server development.

- Advanced proficiency in T-SQL programming, including stored procedures and triggers.

- Demonstrated expertise in query performance optimization and tuning.

- Proven experience with SSDT for database development and migration tasks.

- Strong knowledge of database backup, restore, and recovery procedures.

- Expert-level troubleshooting skills for database issues.

- Comprehensive understanding of database design principles, including indexing and partitioning.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-based SQL solutions (Azure SQL, AWS RDS).

- Background in data warehousing and ETL processes.

- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
