Skills :

- Technical Expertise : Strong expertise in Java and .Net technologies.

- Cloud Experience : Extensive experience with cloud providers, particularly Oracle Cloud (OCI), Azure, and AWS.

- Project Management : Demonstrated success in managing cloud migrations and digital transformation projects.

- Cloud-Native Services : Proficiency in cloud-native services and AI/ML automation.

- Business Capability Mapping : Excellent understanding of business capability and value stream mapping.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Communication and Leadership : Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Digital Transformation Strategy : Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency.

- Enterprise Architecture Development : Define and maintain the target state architecture and establish a strategic transformation roadmap.

- Business Capability Mapping : Conduct business capability and value stream analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

- Cloud Migration Planning : Design and implement cloud migration strategies, including lift-and-shift approaches and cloud-native application development.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with business and technology teams to ensure architectural solutions align with organizational goals.

- Technology Integration : Leverage technologies such as Java and .NET to build scalable, high-performance solutions.

- Cloud Environment Optimization : Oversee and enhance multi-cloud environments, with a focus on Oracle Cloud (OCI), Azure, and AWS.

- Automation & AI Integration : Drive automation and efficiency by implementing AI/ML technologies.

- Technical Leadership & Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering technical excellence.
