Job Summary.

The AGM Project Sales will be responsible for managing and expanding project-based sales activities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of large-scale projects.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can develop sales strategies, mentor a team, and achieve business objectives..

Key Responsibilities.

Sales and Business Development.

Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities across various sectors, including hospitality, commercial, and residential..

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets..

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, consultants, and project managers to secure business for Ankur Lighting..

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities..

Project Management and Coordination.

Oversee the end-to-end project sales cycle, from lead generation to order fulfillment and after-sales support..

Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project requirements..

Resolve project-related challenges, ensuring client satisfaction and project success..

Team Leadership and Mentorship.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the project sales team to achieve individual and team targets..

Provide regular training and guidance to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge..

Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members..

Customer Relationship Management.

Foster long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals..

Act as a primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of service..

Address and resolve client concerns or escalations promptly and effectively..

Reporting and Analysis.

Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline updates..

Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement..

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making..

Collaboration and Strategic Alignment.

Work closely with the marketing team to align project sales initiatives with marketing campaigns..

Collaborate with the R&D and design teams to provide client feedback and suggest product improvements..

Ensure alignment of sales strategies with the companys overall vision and goals..

Key Qualifications.

Educational Background:.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

An MBA is preferred..

Experience.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the lighting, construction, or related industries..

Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and achieving sales targets..

Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management..

Skills And Attributes.

Strong sales and negotiation skills..

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively..

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities..

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite..
