Job Summary:

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, VBA, and Power Apps to develop and automate business processes. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in designing and implementing automation solutions, with a strong understanding of workflow automation and data integration. Experience in developing solutions for the Accounts & Finance domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps, and VBA.
• Design and build SharePoint-based solutions, including workflows, document libraries, and lists for business process automation.
• Create and enhance VBA-based applications to improve financial and accounting operations.
• Develop Power Apps solutions to streamline data input, reporting, and business processes.
• Integrate data from various sources, including Excel, SharePoint, SQL databases, and third-party applications.
• Optimize and troubleshoot automation processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand process automation needs and implement tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in all automation solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on deployed solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in Power Automate, SharePoint, VBA, and Power Apps.
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation workflows.
• Proficiency in SharePoint administration, lists, libraries, and Power Automate flows.
• Strong expertise in VBA programming (Excel/Access Macros) for automation.
• Experience in developing Power Apps applications with Canvas and Model-driven apps.
• Knowledge of Power BI (preferred but not mandatory) for reporting and analytics.
• Experience working in the Accounts & Finance domain is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint is a plus.
• Understanding of financial and accounting workflows is an advantage.
