Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR & Admin Manager to oversee and manage the HR and administrative functions across our 3 plants, corporate house, and trust operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, responsible for ensuring seamless HR processes, compliance, employee engagement, and efficient administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work culture by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure timely evaluations.
  • Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.

Policy Development & Compliance:

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits.
  • Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations across plants, corporate house, and trust.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and oversee vendor and facility management.
  • Maintain records related to company assets, inventory, and office supplies.

Supervise travel arrangements, accommodation, and event coordination.

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR and admin strategies with organizational goals.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement systems to track and enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare and present periodic reports on HR metrics, administration efficiency, and compliance status.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a corporate environment handling multiple locations.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics tools.
