Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to support our team by efficiently managing and entering data related to production, inventory, and other business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good typing skills, and basic proficiency in data management tools.

This role is ideal for freshers as well as individuals with experience who are eager to take on additional strategic responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in company databases and ERP systems with accuracy
• Maintain and verify records of production, inventory, and sales transactions
• Assist in generating reports and organizing digital files
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before submission
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and input relevant information
• Identify and correct any data entry errors
• Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols
• Perform general office tasks related to data entry, like filing, organizing digital files, and assisting other teams with ad-hoc requests.

Additional Responsibilities for Experienced Hires:

For candidates with prior experience (1-2 years or more) in data entry, administration, or process optimization, we offer opportunities to work closely with top management executives to:
