Proven work Experience of 5 years into Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or relevant role
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Job Responsibilities (If any):
Responsible for the overall management of a team assigned to a particular client or clients
Manage the day-to-day relationship with the client
Maintain regular day-to-day contact with the client team
arrange meetings to present proposals or communicate via email or telephone.
Meeting with the clients to discuss on post campaign-run to review performance against campaign objectives, assessing different factors to achieve company business or increase in sales attributable to the campaign.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
