Job Description

1.Solid knowledge of Power Electronics Fundamentals, Power Switching Devices ( MOSFET/ IGBT ), Switched mode power supplies, Magnetics Gate Driver Design.

2.Thorough understanding of high voltage (HV) electronics design for AC and DC units (Voltages: 400V - 1200V, Current 200A - 800A)

3. Detailed device level circuit simulation knowhow; understanding of EMC-behavior in power electronic units is an advantage

4.Laboratory experience and/or hands-on Power electronic product development

5.Experience with some of the simulation tools such as ANSYS, PSpice, SABER, MATHCAD, Simetrix, Simplis, MATLAB

6.Experience in FMEA, DFMEA, FMEDA DOORS.

7.Knowhow on automotive hardware product development lifecycle is an advantage.
