Job Description
AnIdeaz is looking for Proof Reader to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- As a Proofreader, your primary responsibility is to review written content for errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, syntax, and formatting
- You will ensure that documents are free from typographical mistakes and adhere to established style guidelines
- Working closely with writers, editors, and publishing professionals, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of written materials across various industries and formats

- Conduct fact-checking and cross-referencing of information to verify accuracy and credibility
- Maintain awareness of industry-specific terminology, trends, and conventions to provide informed feedback and suggestions
- Adhere to confidentiality agreements and privacy policies when handling sensitive or proprietary information
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to address questions, concerns, and feedback regarding proofreading tasks
- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks according to project urgency and importance
