Role & responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service.
• Greet and seat guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout the dining experience.
• Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and make recommendations to guests.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Manage daily operations to maintain a clean, organized dining environment.
• Assist with staff training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.

Preferred candidate profile

The preferred candidate should have prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management, with strong leadership and customer service skills. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
