What you will do:
Application Development: Design, build, and maintainhigh-performance mobile web (MWeb) applications.
Hands-on Coding: Work with cutting-edge frontendtechnologies to develop robust MWeb applications.
Integration: Collaborate on the development of MWebapplications and their seamless integration with back-end services.
Architecture & Design: Contribute to the design and architectureof application components, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Code Quality: Write high-quality, reusable, and reliablecode while maintaining code organization and automation.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve applicationbottlenecks to enhance performance.
Project Prioritization: Help prioritize the squad backlog toensure timely and efficient delivery.
Implementation of UI/UX: Translate designs and wireframes intohigh-quality, functional code.
Best Practices: Ensure adherence to engineering bestpractices and coding standards.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside engineers and developersacross different application modules.
Leadership: Drive the design and architecture offrontend components and ensure engineering excellence in the team.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members to fostertechnical growth and excellence.
Who you are:
Proficiencyin Svelte, SvelteKit, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experiencewith cross-platform frameworks for both web and mobile applications, with astrong emphasis on Svelte, SvelteKit.
Strongunderstanding of responsive design for mobile web (MWeb) applications andproficiency in performance optimization techniques.
In-depthunderstanding of JavaScript/TypeScript for writing robust, type-safe codeensuring maintainability and reusability.
Exposureto Object-Oriented Design/Programming and modern constructs like closures,async programming, and background workers.
Familiaritywith testing tools like BrowserStack, LambdaTest, Lighthouse, and WebPageTest.
Experienceworking with testing frameworks like Vitest, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
Abilityto accurately translate user and business needs into performant UI code.
Experienceimplementing designs and assets handed over through Figma.
Strongexperience in developing UI adhering to MVVM architecture.
Experiencein creating and maintaining dynamic single-page user interfaces, providingseamless and responsive interactions.
Exposureto high-level hygiene guidelines such as the 12-factor app principles.
Experiencewith Vite for fast builds and optimized bundling.
Experiencein integrating analytics tools like Firebase, Sentry to collect and analysedata for continuous improvement.
Strongexperience with development lifecycle tools such as Git and GitHub Actions.
Extensiveexperience with building RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
Experiencewith manual testing of RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman or Insomnia.
