Job opening for Marketing Manager for Strategic role in a leading Private Bank.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. ATL campaigns and 360 launch

a. Develop, plan, and carry out brand campaigns and new product launches on all platforms, including ATL and BTL, as well as on a variety of media channels.

2. Creating content to enhance and promote the year-round thematic campaigns

3. Support the digital & social initiatives

a. Manage all digital projects, including the development of new portals, apps, websites, and banking for NB, MB, and WA, among others.

i. Launch and maintain campaigns for upkeep and support

ii. Coordinate campaigns for SEO, SEM, and performance marketing

b. Generate premiumness and keep up your robust social media presence.

b. Regularly review and update information on all platforms

4. Communication campaigns

a. Manage marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams to accomplish internal and external company objectives.

5. Media & PR

a. Collaborate with the PR team to promote launches advertising coverage for specific launches, events, etc. b. Make sure that the designated key stakeholders receive consistent media coverage.

c. Coordinate with the group marketing team about the submission of award entries, reports, etc.

6. Timely budgeting process, expense tracking and vendor payments

Skills required

1. Mandatory: MBA

2. Creative bent of mind/able to ideate innovatively

3. Sound marketing fundamentals

4. Strong interpersonal skills

5. Fluency and command over English

6. Basic IT skills

7. Ability to multi-task, strong sense of urgency of timelines (agility), demonstrable desire to work hard and accept new challenges, strong work ethic, effective people skills and the ability to work in a diverse team

8. Exposure to HNI/luxury marketing will be an added advantage

9. Understanding of financial markets is at best an advantage. It is by no means a requirement. Greater value is placed on willingness to learn, creativity, people skills and a strong work ethic
