Job Description :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital activation & engagement strategy to drive user growth & revenue.

- Lead the development of omni-channel customer journeys that foster engagement & conversions.

- Utilize ones understanding of digital nudges and tools to influence customer behaviour positively.

- Lead the development of innovative strategies to generate revenue for customers, aligning with their specific needs & objectives.

- Create and implement plans for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing user base.

- Manage a sales team responsible for proactive outreach, including calling customers and employing effective nudging techniques.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and customer service, to ensure alignment of revenue-generating initiatives.

- Analyse data and metrics to measure the success of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

- Aware of the latest customer and market trends in the category and technologies in the BFSI industry and digital marketing landscape. Should be adept with engagement platforms like MoEngage, Clever Tap, Sales Force, etc.

- Scale the revenue per client, activation and engagement KPIs

- Responsible for driving activations (login, pay-in & first trade), engagement (repeat purchase and active customer base), retention (reduce churn), referral and cross sales (scale products like MTF, Stock SIP, etc.)

- Responsible for driving overall revenue numbers for the organization
