Note : We prefer the experience into Mobile Banking, payment, UPI and want the person from Mumbai only.

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Technical Project Manager to oversee the technical and operational relationships with the largest streaming merchants and resellers, which are mostly mobile carriers.

The role will also involve leading the technical assessment and integration of our bundling solutions with these parties.

In order to evaluate their technical capabilities to satisfy our bundle integration needs and integrate these solutions with limited resources and under tight deadlines, the selected candidate will regularly work directly with both resellers and merchants.

From the start of the project through completion, the Lead Technical Project Manager will be in charge of managing several integration projects through cross-functional team management, project development supervision, resource coordination, and timely project delivery that stays within project scope and makes use of available resources.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

- To make sure resellers' bundling solutions satisfy the necessary operational and technical needs of the corresponding merchants (including non-standard project-based integrations), do thorough gap analyses and solution designs with them.

- Ensure sure that the Solution Designs are completed in compliance with current guidelines and industry standards.

- Manage the development of the project plan, tasks, and timelines as the project planning coordinator.

- Coordinate expectations and requests for project changes in an efficient manner while minimizing scope creep.

- Manage integration projects with an emphasis on timeliness and quality from inception to launch.

- Ensure that internal stakeholders, resellers, and merchants are kept informed about project developments and problems in an efficient manner.

- To keep track of project activities and dependencies, plan and lead frequent project scrums.

- Handle all project paperwork, such as progress reports, meeting minutes, solution designs, project plans, and other papers.

- As an escalation point, drive technical issues for launched integrations to resolution with emphasis and urgency.

- Provide technical assistance to Business Development as needed throughout the pre-sales stage.

We Are Looking For :

- 8+ years of technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving API integrations within scope, time, and budget.

- Experience in managing integration projects in the fintech, payments, or mobile industry is preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

- Extensive experience in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.

- Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product managers and business stakeholders, both internal and external.

- High degree of technical competency in software development practices, project management, and the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills in order to gather insights from data to identify underlying issues.

- Experience integrating with third party web services across a variety of technologies (e. REST, SOAP, etc.)

- Excellent SQL skills.

- You thrive in a fast-paced, Scrum/Agile development environment with ability to multi-task and respond flexibly to change.

- You deal well with ambiguity and changing deadlines while keeping focused on delivering results.

- You are comfortable getting hands-on in day-to-day tasks to get things done.

- Fluent written and spoken English in both business and technical/IT setting.
