Job Title: Program Manager Fintech background (Broking & Non-Broking Products)

Location: New Delhi

What you will do:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager preferably with strong domain knowledge of broking and non-broking financial products to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive operational excellence, and act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for finance, legal, and compliance functions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing complex programs, vendor partnerships, and internal stakeholder alignment in the fast-evolving fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Ownership & Strategy

• Lead end-to-end program execution for digital initiatives.
• Align business goals with program initiatives and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Define key success metrics and report progress to senior leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal teams including product, technology, operations, marketing, sales, and customer service to drive seamless implementation.
• Act as a SPOC for Finance, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Audit teams for program-specific requirements, documentation, and approvals.

Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard third-party vendors and service providers.
• Govern SLAs, ensure timely deliverables, and manage escalations and performance reviews.
• Negotiate contracts and work closely with legal documentation and agreements.

Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

• Partner with compliance & legal teams to ensure policy adherence and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Process Optimization & Reporting

• Design program-level governance mechanisms and optimize workflows for efficiency.
• Prepare dashboards, trackers, and program documentation for leadership and external audits.
• Drive continuous improvement based on learnings, data insights, and feedback.

Who you are:

• Experience in program or product management, preferably in a fintech, broking, or BFSI organization.
• Deep understanding of broking (equity, F&O, commodity) and non-broking (mutual funds, insurance, loans) product lifecycle and regulations.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, Excel, and data visualization platforms is a plus.
