Angular Lead - CSS/HTML/Javascript (7-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Angular Lead to join our team in Agra.

You will play a crucial role in leading the development of our front-end applications, ensuring high-quality code, smooth technical delivery, and a positive customer experience.

This role requires deep expertise in Angular and related technologies, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with the customer and team to ensure smooth technical delivery and a positive customer experience.

- Provide regular updates to both customers and team members, ensuring clear communication and a stress-free work environment.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Angular, Angular Material, PrimeNG, JSON, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.

- Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness in applications.

- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs effectively.

- Quickly adapt and become proficient in new technologies as needed.

- Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and technical approaches.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 7+ years of professional experience in software development.

- Extensive expertise in Angular.

- Strong proficiency in Angular Material, PrimeNG, JSON, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality Angular applications.

- Deep understanding of Angular architecture and best practices.

- Experience with state management solutions (e.g, NgRx, Akita).

- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and design patterns.

- Experience with RESTful API integration.

- Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g, Git).

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g, Jest, Karma, Cypress).

- Knowledge of other JavaScript frameworks (e.g, React, Vue.js).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
