Lead - Civil & Structural Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Leading the Complete Civil & Structural Business Unit
• Preparation of Standards and Specifications, Design Basis
• Provide technical guidance to the Persons deployed in Project Task Force

• Develop the project execution strategies
• Developing Quality Assurance and Quality Control Procedures. Guidelines, check lists, work instruction.
• Guidance to LE and JE in interpretation of geotechnical reports for design of foundations
• Ensures that On Job Training is imparted to the freshers
• Design reviews
• Review the Change Order Request of the department.
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Approves design, development & delivery schedules across the various work streams to ensure on time project deliverables.
• Reviews project Technicalities or plan to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of Projects.
• Provides expert knowledge and coaching to the projects workforce and entire organization.
• Design strategy and set goals for Technical related issues.
• Provide solutions for technical issues.
• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. Engineering Technical issues, employee conflicts, Projects Technical evaluation etc.,)

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Manager with 24+ years and above or similar executive role experience in Engineering activities in Oil & Gas field.
• Proven Track record on Oil & Gas field experience in Technical aspects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, budgetary and project management skills.
• Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to work in a multidisciplinary and multi-tasking team
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Highly organised with the ability to manage own workload
