Job Title: Branch Manager Mutual Funds
Location: Mumbai
Package: Up to 6 lacs
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving the sales targets for the branches assigned,
overseeing daily operations, and ensuring mutual fund sales goals are achieved. You will manage
branch performance, leading your team to success, and reporting to the Regional Head.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieving Sales Targets:
o Ensure the branch and assigned branches meet their monthly sales targets for
mutual funds.
o Drive sales performance through effective planning, execution, and direct
leadership.
2. Team Leadership:
o Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve their goals.
o Provide ongoing guidance and support to enhance team performance and ensure
target achievement.
3. Branch Operations:
o Manage day-to-day activities at the branch, ensuring smooth operations.
o Focus on delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining operational
efficiency.
4. Reporting & Coordination:
o Regularly report on the branch's performance to the Regional Head.
o Align branch goals with regional targets and implement strategies to meet
company objectives.
Requirements:
• Experience in managing a branch or sales team, preferably in financial services.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance across multiple branches.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
