Principal Specialist - Foreign Filing

Position Overview:

Anaqua is looking for a highly motivated Foreign Filing applicants who is eager to help us achieve our continued growth goals. In this role, you will manage IP projects for our international client base.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills, self-motivated and want to learn new skills. Being a team player is essential to this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively and timely managing foreign filling orders in accordance with established processes and procedures
• Preparing and filing PCT national phase applications and EP validations
• Diligently manage supporting documents for each country
• Preparation of Forms
• Handling communications with clients and suppliers, having knowledge of Patent Filing and Portfolio Management Process, checking/responding to emails and proficient on MS Outlook, Excel, Word Documents, and associated Office Tools.
• Maintaining dockets and keeping track of all actions
• Engaging in continuous process improvement.

Skills/ Experience Required:

• Bachelor s degree in any field
• 3-4 years in the IP industry
• Attentive, accurate, attention to detail and solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
• Positive about continuous process improvement and willingness to learn on the job
• Experience from position with similar duties will be preferred
• Prior IP knowledge will be preferred
• knowledge on MS Office Internet
• Good written verbal communication skills with fluency in English
