Sales Manager

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales team at our Erickshaw dealership. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, managing the sales team, and driving vehicle sales. This role requires experience in dealership sales and a passion for meeting targets.

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a successful sales team and delivering consistent sales growth. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of sales executives and field officers to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive vehicle sales and increase market share. Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing any issues or inquiries.
• Monitor the performance of sales staff and provide coaching and support to enhance productivity. Ensure proper execution of all sales and promotional activities.
• Work closely with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in dealership sales, preferably with electric vehicles or automotive products. Prior experience in a sales management role is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to motivate and drive a sales team to achieve targets.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and customer preferences
