Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Credentialing and Contracting Process Team Lead with a minimum of 2 years of experience in provider enrollment and credentialing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on behalf of healthcare providers, handling application submissions, and ensuring timely follow-ups via calls and emails for faster approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the provider enrollment and credentialing process.
• Submit applications and contracts to insurance payers and government health programs.
• Follow up rigorously on submitted applications through calls and emails to expedite approvals.
• Work closely with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve credentialing issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with payer requirements.
• Ensure all deadlines are met and keep stakeholders informed of the progress.
• Guide and mentor the team to achieve efficiency and accuracy in credentialing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in provider credentialing and enrollment (working on behalf of providers, not insurance).
• Strong understanding of payer policies, application requirements, and provider enrollment processes.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to interact effectively with payers and providers.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
