Maintenance Manager

Role & responsibilities

1) Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.

2) Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.

3) Check electrical and Mechanical Machines to ensure functionality

4) Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.

5) Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff Monitor equipment of machinery parts and place orders when necessary.

6) Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.

7) Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.

8) Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

9) Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.

4) B- Tech with Mechanical/ Electrical
