Loading Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

-Validate all the vehicle and driver documents before clearing it for loading

-Check the vehicles thoroughly for any wear and tear, contamination and scope of situations for product damage (especially wet)

-Making Goods Receivable (aka Bilti)

-Ensuring no damanged carton or product is loaded

-Ensuring the correct quantity is loaded

-Reporting to their respective KAMs in case of any gap or discrepency

-To keep a check on drivers's activities

Preferred candidate profile

-Minimum 2-3 years of experience

-Should have knowledge of trucks & loading related activities

-Should be able to handle truck drivers

-Should be okay with relocations as per requirement

-Must be responsible and mature person

-Basic Tech knowledge - making videos, clicking clear pictures, WhatsApp msgs, etc.

Good To have Knowledge/ Skills

-Handled FMCG product loading

-From Road Transport
