About the Role:

Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd. is looking for an experienced Legal CS professional to take on the role of Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in company-level compliance, regulatory affairs, and corporate governance within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory bodies.
• Develop and implement policies to maintain corporate governance and legal compliance.
• Manage all company secretarial functions, including board meetings, filings, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to listing regulations and other legal frameworks applicable to a listed company.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and stakeholders for compliance-related matters.
• Monitor and mitigate compliance risks across business operations.

Key Requirements:

• CS qualification with 15-16 years of experience in company-level compliance.
• Strong knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and listing requirements.
• Experience in the BFSI sector, preferably from a listed company.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
