Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct research on insurance domain, including regulatory requirements (IRDA), financial services, and industry trends.
  
• Analyze data to identify patterns and provide insights for business decisions.
  
• Develop reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations.
  
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations, laws, and best practices related to insurance.

• Analyzing life insurance policies held by HNI & making relevant recommendations.

• Assisting in paper work for policy exits.

• Tracking actions on policy exits wherever recommended.

• Acting as a single point of contact for all life insurance escalations.

• Keeping track of all life insurance products and processes.

• Monitoring the latest trends & regulatory changes in the life insurance industry.
