Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Assist in compliance with the Insurance regulation and all other relevant regulations.
- Manage the periodic reporting to the regulator on an ongoing basis.
- Conduct process quality checks/ Audit for ARIBL operation and sales processes
- Highlight the process deviations to the management.
- Automated work flow system for Legal/Compliance/QA
- Assist the stakeholders with any enquires on compliance issues
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts with insurers and clients which helps to safeguard our IPR, Confidentiality etc.
