We are seeking a dynamic and results driven individual to join our team as Virtual Relationship Manager
for Mutual Funds
Position Overview
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, providing
personalized investment advice, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a high level of customer
satisfaction, all through virtual communication channels. This role involves regular communication via calls,
emails, and chat platforms to foster long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strong understanding of Mutual Funds and alternative investments.
• Drive the growth of assets under management (AUM) by acquiring new investments and expanding
investments from existing clients.
• Provide proactive updates and market insights to clients, helping them stay informed about their
investments.
• Resolve client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide personalized mutual fund recommendations based on client profiles, risk appetite, and
financial objectives.
• Educate clients about different types of mutual funds, including equity, debt, hybrid, and index
funds.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic conditions, and mutual fund products to offer
informed advice to clients.
• Promote and cross-sell mutual fund products and services to existing clients, helping them diversify
their portfolios.
• Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the organization, ensuring a continuous pipeline of new business
inflow.
• Track and document client interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and follow
up as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions

• Exceptional Verbal & Written Communication Skills • Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented
• Should have strong networking & relationship building skills
• Organised, high energy, results driven, superior problem solving skills & high attention to detailing • A customer-centric approach, understanding customer needs and aligning solutions to enhance
customer satisfaction
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to generate trust and confidence in clients
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or a related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service,
preferably in a virtual environment
• AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India) certification are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding
• Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual collaboration software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of Stock Market & Mutual Funds
Specifics
● Compensation: 3.50 4.50 lac per annum
● Date of joining: 1- 2 months
● Location: Goregaon (E), Mumbai
● Reports to: Assistant Vice President – Retail Product
