CMDB/Discovery Consultant (8-12 yrs)

Job Description :

CMDB management, with a focus on discovery processes for on-premises infrastructure and integration with other interfaces.

This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize configuration management and drive automation through ServiceNow Discovery.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Hands on experience in implementing CMDB Discovery Service Mapping

- Good knowledge of Networking Infrastructure and Cloud Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes

- Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow ITOM modular platform

- Develop ServiceNow ITOM configuration including CMDB Data alignment automated data population

- Document every development configuration and technical details prepare training material

Certifications :

- ServiceNow Administration certification

- ServiceNow Discovery Implementation Specialist Certification various tracks
