We are developing an Artificial Intelligence (AI) embedded data science and analytics product platform (patented in US) with a series of offerings to solve real world problems. We have a world-class team of in-house technocrats, external consultants, SMEs, data scientists, and experienced business professionals driving the product journey.

What Role You Are Expected To Play?

• • Managing & Administering Office 365.
• Performance Monitoring and Fine-tuning Exchange Server, Messaging Gateway,Setting permission.
• Basic Knowledge of PowerShell and Share Point.
• Installation, configuring & Troubleshooting Windows 10 & 11, Mac OS & Linux.
• Troubleshooting application issues using remote connection.
• Managing cloud services (Azure and AWS).
• Monitor networking devices (Firewall or routers and switches).
• IT Vendor management. Monitoring of leased line and PRI line, coordination with service
  providers.
• To ensure that systems are always operating at the required performance level, through performance analysis
• To provide high standards of technical services (Hardware and application support to employees).
• Manage Windows 2012 Standard Server or Later (Users, computers, printers, groups and shared folder).
• Server performance monitoring and tuning- File system, Event logs, Services, Processes etc.
• Manage DHCP, DNS and WINS.
• Patch Management and Monitoring.
• Any Antivirus Server Management.
• Creating, migrating and deleting virtual machines as per requirement.
• Manage and troubleshooting of Audio & Video devices with Soft calling Applications (Teams, WebEx, Skype, Zoom).
• To ensure highest level of InfoSec practice at office. To conduct training to employees.

• To escalate problems appropriately as per the escalation matrix.
• To maintain the software and hardware inventory up to date which are auditable.
• To follow up on work in progress and pending status.
• To interact with all IT related vendors, and IT related customer / client questions.
• Having good written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in science / Diploma in Computer Science.
• 3 to 4 Years of experience.
• Good Knowledge on Networking and Voice devices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude with high sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of Continuity of Business (COB)
• Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Open to start up culture.
