Data Quality and Governance Analyst

Analytics Saves at Work is looking for a Data Quality and Governance Analyst for one of our clients. This role involves ensuring data integrity, setting up governance frameworks, and mitigating data-related risks. The candidate will be responsible for developing data quality rules, implementing governance standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Data Quality (DQ) rules for complex datasets.
• Implement and oversee Data Governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Perform Data Quality Analysis, profiling, and assessment to detect anomalies and improve data consistency.
• Leverage DQ tools like Collibra and other emerging technologies to establish automated DQ monitoring.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive data-driven decision-making and governance policies.
• Identify and mitigate data-related risks, ensuring alignment with Risk Management frameworks.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in SAS, Microsoft Excel, VBA, and SQL for data analysis and governance.
• Strong understanding of Data Quality and Data Governance frameworks.
• Experience in setting up data profiling and DQ rules using Collibra or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Risk Management with a focus on data-related risk identification and mitigation.
